What is seaglass?
Seaglass pieces are glass pieces that have found their way into the ocean, tumbled by Mother Nature and washed up on the sand. Seaglass gathered from the beaches of South Australia is as unique as the person who orders it. Each piece is entirely genuine and not altered, having been sourced exactly as is. These unique pieces are used to create sentimental and personalized family heirlooms that can be cherished for years to come.
How do I order something more personalised or custom?
If you would like to add to, change or design your own artwork, please get in touch via the contact form on this website.
Once I’ve placed my order, how long should I expect it to take to arrive?
Orders for designs pictured on this website will be dispatched within 14 days of your order. If you are purchasing a custom or personalised order, please allow an extra 7 days. Delivery time will then depend on the location to be sent to.
How much is shipping/postage?
The cost will vary, depending on location and size/weight of the order. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship within Australia currently.
Do you accept returns?
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns will be accepted but please note that the cost of postage to return the item must be covered by the customer. Returns are not possible on artwork that has been personalised.
